Linda B. is a realtor you can count on to always be in your corner; she handled the complications of buying an occupied 2 unit building with the finesse of a well seasoned professional. There were no problems, only solutions, and let me tell you, she sure came up with plenty of solutions. Linda was creative in trying various techniques to sell my home. Linda’s experience as a realtor was important to me. She was also someone that was easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I trusted her ability to sell my home. Linda is professional, knowledgeable and resourceful in getting a sale for my home.

In the beginning of the relationship, I called Linda Beaulieu and she called me back the same day. She told me she would get some information about the property and get back to me within 24 hours, and she did, that impressed me. I called several other realtors, and either heard back from them days later or did not hear at all. I think most importantly that Linda listened to us throughout the process. At one point we wanted to make some changes to how we were showing the property which wasn't a typical way, she heard us and made the changes. During the closing portion Linda was professional, and checked in with us consistently to make sure that we didn't have any questions or concerns. Although we didn't have any face-to-face interaction with other staff, we did talk with them on the phone and they were very nice. I plan on selling my own home likely in the upcoming year, Linda will be my first call.

I appreciate all the hard work Linda put in helping me to buy my house. The house was for sale by owner and the owner was difficult and uncompromising on more than one occasion. Linda Beaulieu is an excellent realtor. She handles herself in a professional manner at all times. She responded promptly to all my communications, both emails and phone calls. As she showed us properties she listened to what we were looking for and was able to steer us to what we wanted. Linda worked around our schedule to show us properties. When she wasn’t able to show us a property she had her assistant Katie step in. Katie was also fantastic .
